All rates are based on double occupancy.
Additional overnight guests are $25 per-person per-room per-night.
A reservation is not completed until a confirmation is sent by the Inn by email or letter.

Rates published online are only for the current calendar year.
A two-night minimum is required for weekends from April 1st through December 31 and other special weekends or events.

A 100% deposit is required for a one-night stay and a 50% deposit is required for a multiple night stay. The deposit is taken at the time of the reservation and is refundable, subject to our cancellation policies (below).
A $25 processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.
Guests are responsible and liable for the entire booking if cancelled 14 days or less, non-arrival or early departure unless the room can be rebooked by another guest.
Check-in time is from 3:00 to 7:00 pm.
No check-ins after 7:00 pm unless prior arrangement is made.
Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-outs are subject to an additional fee.
If gift certificate is redeemed after one year from date of purchase you will be responsible for balance if the room rate increases.
Guest may use the Inn's driveway if available for checking in or out only.
Overnight parking is available at the public parking garage located behind the Inn on Race Horse Alley. The fee for parking is .75 per hour as you come and go. Overnight parking or if vehicle is left in the garage for a 24 hour period the rate will not exceed $12.00
The Swope Manor is an entirely non-smoking facility. A fee of one night's room rate will be charged for smoking in the home, guest room or property.
Lighted candles are not permitted in guest rooms or decks.
We do not allow pets in guest rooms or on the property of the Inn.
