The Inns of the Gettysburg Area Association invites you to experience Gettysburg, Pennsylvania and be our guest at the member inns in and around this historic and uniquely original Pennsylvania town, steeped in our nation’s history.

Gettysburg Area Calendar of Events

Gettysburg is your four season destination. Join us in Spring to celebrate our agrarian roots and the start of the apple season. Come back again in Summer for festivals and the annual re-enactment. Come Fall, there are plenty of fun things to do along with the opportunity to relive historic events like the Gettysburg Address. When Winter arrives, we'll be ready for you with wonderful museums and exciting outdoor activities including skiing and much more.

February 20, 2016
Join us on Saturday February 20, 2016 for a delightful lunch while we celebrate Abraham Lincoln and his time in Gettysburg. Find out more.

March 19, 2016

Spring Outdoor Antique Show

Sprawling out from Gettysburg’s historic Lincoln Square, this antique event is billed as a “buyers and sellers” paradise with more than 120 antique dealers and collectors from the North and South with high quality antiques and collectibles. Find out more.

Re-enactment of the Battle of Gettysburg

JULY 2016
Let the history books come alive with the re-enactment of the Battle of Gettysburg. You can see battle reenactments, field demonstrations, a large living history village, living history activity tents, guest speakers, and an extensive Sutler area. Thousands of reenactors from across the nation and around the world will be staging the battle reenactments for this very special reenactment. Find out more.

Anniversary of the Gettysburg Address featuring prominent speakers, annual recitation of the Gettysburg Address, and candidates taking the Oath of Citizenship.
